Before you begin your WAIGA assessment, a few things are worth getting right. This is a serious assessment — not a quick quiz. The quality of your results depends on the quality of your engagement.
- Take it on a laptop or desktop — not a phone or tablet. The assessment is designed for a full screen and requires focused engagement that a small screen does not support.
- Find a quiet space with no interruptions. Switch off notifications. Close other tabs. Give the assessment your full attention.
- Takes 20–30 Minutes. Not 10 minutes between meetings. A dedicated, uninterrupted block of time.
- Answer every question instinctively — based on who you genuinely are, not who you wish you were or think you should be. There are no right or wrong answers. Honest answers produce accurate results. Aspirational answers produce inaccurate ones.

Step 2 — Register at selectmycareer.com →
All WAIGA Tests are delivered through selectmycareer.com — our secure assessment platform operational since 2011. Registration takes 2 minutes. You’ll need your name, email address and a password.
Account Activation
After registering, check your inbox — and spam folder — for the activation email from selectmycareer.com. Click the link inside. If not received within 5 minutes, email info@waigacareer.com — we will activate manually.
Step 3 — Login to your account →
Once activated, login at selectmycareer.com using the same credentials which you chose at the time of Registration (User ID & Password). Once you are logged in, Go to the Products menu in the main navigation and select your chosen WAIGA Test. The test page shows what’s included in your report and the price.
Step 4 — Take your test
Click the payment link on the test page and complete your payment securely. You can then take the test immediately. Complete the test online in 20-30 minutes. A download link appears on screen immediately. Your report is also emailed to you and saved in your My Account dashboard.
